Great advice and service
Service was great, information received was accurate and helped me make a decision on 3 year lease rather than a 5 year from a competitor. Process of ordering was simple and had the vehicle delivered within a month.

Flawless service from start to finish. I was kept informed throughout the process. Everything was dealt with quickly and smoothly. From the initial enquiry to delivery of my new vehicle only took 10 days. Excellent service.

The overall experience has been good, however the vehicle was delivered with 136 miles on the clock and was driven to my address rather than on a transporter which I was not happy about.

Generally Caparisons deliveries are driven, unless specifically requested by the client and then we would obtain a quote from the dealer for this service. I am sorry to read that your car being driven delivered took a little shine off your personal journey, Your contract will now start on 136 miles so this will not be detrimental to your requested contractual mileage. Missed delivery deadlines & no response from customer service
We have dealt with Carparison in the past for company vehicles with no issues, however, just ordered 2 vehicles, and both have missed the required delivery date. This has resulted in collections having to be cancelled and rescheduled and MOTs being carried out at our cost. Generic response from customer service, then no response after a week. Still no confirmed delivery date on the second vehicle.
Thank you for your 2* feedback. I have personally reviewed your journey with us and can see that we could have reached out more often if even to advise of no further updates at that particular time. As a returning client you will appreciate that is not how Carparison operates, as we strive to always be in touch and offer updates all the way through to delivery. Unfortunately the vehicles you have ordered are completely out of our control to secure exact dates as it is managed by the brand, when they can match cars. I appreciate this isn't ideal though when you are trying to organise other cars being returned and dampens what should be an exciting time. We will ensure to keep in regular contact until your other car arrives, which hopefully you will hear about very soon. kind regards Steve

Polestart 4 lease with Carparison
I was browsing for great deals and found Carparison on leasing.com and LeaseLoco with best deals for Polestar 4 and registered my interest. Carparison got back to me in no time and following credit check and submission of income proofs which took around 4-5 days were able to agree a delivery date with me and delivered the car. I recommend Carparison and would keep them in mind for my next lease too.

Volvo EX30 from Carparison
I have used LeaseLoco to select the deal who put me in touch with Carparison. They acted as MC for the service. Initially they orchestrated the finance through Alphabet. All this was completed on line and I received approval very quickly. Next they contacted the supply garage and arranged a potential delivery date. The car came with a free charger. Carparison put me in touch with Ohme who arranged to get the charger installed by their contractor ProEV. This all worked well (except I’m still awaiting the installation certificate). Carparison suggested my new car would be driven to my home. As it turned out, it was delivered from York on the back of a trailer. Very good. I was kept informed throughout the process by Courtney of Carparison. She was responsive and helpful to my emails. A couple of calls too.
