Initial delays followed by a prompt service
Initial finance approval was fussy and time consuming, everything else has been very straight forward well organisedwith clear documentation.

It is great to see that everything we could control was handled with ease and you were happy with all documents required and offered. Hesitant after reading some reviews, however i did not need to worry as the service was simple and very quick indeed. From start to finish was only just over 2 weeks to my car being delivered. Highly recommended

The people who I dealt with were very friendly, helpful and patient. They had good knowledge of the process. I would have appreciated more information on progress after all of the information had been submitted.

Efficient, but comms dropped off during the process.
I set up my new lease via Carparison, which is a company I haven't used before. I would say that the sales response was very good and all my questions got answered. the document procedure is all automated which was also excellent although I was unable to sign the documents online. approval was quick and a relatively quick delivery was achieved. The document process is thorough, though it feels this is for protecting Carparison more than me (to ensure the product was suitable etc). Unfortunately, the comms then started to drop off once the order was placed. I chased the delivery time (I received a generic email) and only got a response on the day of delivery by which time the delivery driver had contacted me. Carparison are also more expensive than other brokers I have used.

Once finance documents are signed communication can sometimes seem like it has dropped off slightly whilst your vehicle is prepared with the supplying dealer and less emails are sent. This is something we can look to improve on and are always looking at ways to improve our end users journey's. I hope you have many happy miles in your new vehicle, its certainly a stunning car. Great customer service
From the first enquiry the level of customer service I received was very personal. Then once I had signed the documents etc the level of service remained the same. I'm very happy with my new Polestar 4 👍

Polestar 4 business lease
Great service throughout, was very swift process from identifying car to completion of lease agreement. Always available when had to contact the team and provided a great deal on polestar 4. There was a delay in delivery but that was not carparisons fault.

Excellent first time leasing experience!
A very good experience overall as it is my first time leasing a car privately. The Carparison website had all the details that I needed and it was very easy to reach out the team for support. I had many questions and Marcus Bailey was very helpful in answering all of the queries patiently. The car was delivered on time. I also appreciate the timely communication (emails and calls) to keep me updated on the overall process.
