Great service and delivery
The service was fast and efficient only area I'm a little uncomfortable with is the maintenance package I assumed that was part of the finance deal with the finance company and not separate through carparison, I'm now not certain that was value for money as I could have taken maintenance with the finance company which carparison didn't offer!

Highly recommended from personal experience
Carparison filled me with confidence from the first day I contacted them. They came with a strong personal recommendation from a Business Manager who had worked with them at Polestar too. From start to post delivery of our vehicle, Carparison kept us up to date and there was a personal contact who was always on hand to help. I would not hesitate to use Carparison again and highly recommend them if you are considering leasing a car.

Smooth process and really responsive customer service

Really easy process, I was kept updated all the way through, and the prices initially quoted by Lease Loco were honoured. First time leaser, and would use carparison again.

Didn’t really tell me anything about the vehicle whatsoever. Experience was like being guided to the self checkout whilst all the service staff are free. 2 stars for great deal
Thank you for your 2* feedback, it allows us to grow. We are sorry to hear that you felt unassisted in your purchase choice. I have reviewed your journey and can see multiple communications, offering to assist in paint options, lead times etc, being an online leasing business and offering no showroom, you are correct the onus is placed on the client to do their research aswell and choose the model they feel right for them, including test drive. We are however online 6 days a week, via chat, and telephone and email to assist in anyway we can offering fantastic deals which is why we have so many repeat users.
