Great efficient service
The service was great at the start - a call on a Sunday to follow up my quote, all very quick and efficient until after I had paid the deposit. After then I had chased the delivery date twice which was a little frustrating however was told it was down to it being Sep and the new registration.
We appreciate everyone that takes time to leave feedback., so thank you for your 4* feedback. I have looked back through your journey and can see that after you signed finance docs there was a quiet period, where it may of seemed we had not been working on your behalf as we were not communicating with you as much. I can also appreciate your emails that we received to check on delivery dates that you sent were answered, however you should not have had to chase. We are looking at making our journeys even more informative, even in those periods of quiet , where we are working with your supplying dealer and funder to get you new car ready. We learn from all journeys and will actively take your comments on board. We hope you enjoy your new car, you certainly picked a lovely model :-)
Would absolutely use again

Good communication and personal touch gave the experience a good rating. The only downside was once I was on board the communication was not so good so tighten up on after-sales is what I would say.

With digital journeys it can seem that verbal communication drops off after order is placed as you start to receive more emails, as the order progresses between funder and your supplying dealer. the Carparison team are always ready to take your call if you need some assistance. Friendly and very helpful staff.
The service I received was excellent from start to delivery of the Juke. The only problem I found was being of an older generation the order and finance involved using on line and mobile phone services some of which I found difficult.

I am sorry to hear you found some of the digital processes difficult, as funders tighten up on security the processes can be sometimes a little complicated, we try to make our digital journey as easy as possible but do appreciate this can be a learning curve for some, rest assured the Carparison team are always on hand to offer advice, even after delivery. Initial delays followed by a prompt service
Initial finance approval was fussy and time consuming, everything else has been very straight forward well organisedwith clear documentation.
Thank you for your kind 4* review. We do appreciate funders can sometimes require more information and this can be frustrating but outside of our control. It is great to see that everything we could control was handled with ease and you were happy with all documents required and offered. Hesitant after reading some reviews, however i did not need to worry as the service was simple and very quick indeed. From start to finish was only just over 2 weeks to my car being delivered. Highly recommended

The people who I dealt with were very friendly, helpful and patient. They had good knowledge of the process. I would have appreciated more information on progress after all of the information had been submitted.

Efficient, but comms dropped off during the process.
I set up my new lease via Carparison, which is a company I haven't used before. I would say that the sales response was very good and all my questions got answered. the document procedure is all automated which was also excellent although I was unable to sign the documents online. approval was quick and a relatively quick delivery was achieved. The document process is thorough, though it feels this is for protecting Carparison more than me (to ensure the product was suitable etc). Unfortunately, the comms then started to drop off once the order was placed. I chased the delivery time (I received a generic email) and only got a response on the day of delivery by which time the delivery driver had contacted me. Carparison are also more expensive than other brokers I have used.
Thank you for your honest 3* review Steve. I am pleased to see that you felt the sales element of your journey was good and you liked the electronic element also. Once finance documents are signed communication can sometimes seem like it has dropped off slightly whilst your vehicle is prepared with the supplying dealer and less emails are sent. This is something we can look to improve on and are always looking at ways to improve our end users journey's. I hope you have many happy miles in your new vehicle, its certainly a stunning car. Great customer service
From the first enquiry the level of customer service I received was very personal. Then once I had signed the documents etc the level of service remained the same. I'm very happy with my new Polestar 4 👍
