A small issue, but great service overall
I have had nothing hut a great service from the team at carparison. Unfortunately the dealer delivered a car that had zero petrol in the car which lead to engine failure. This was quickly resolved with the RAC. I raised a complaint and Steve from their carparison customer relations team was excellent. He addressed my issue and we worked together to get me compensation for the issues I was experiencing. I am giving carparison 5 stars for the way the handled my order from start to finish. Thank you

Great deal and kept informed all the way.
Overall, Very good. There were some delivery issues that were Polestar's fault, not Carparison's. The handover was carried out by a third party who was helpful but not 100% knowledgable about the car and he driven all the way from Bicester to Leeds. Given the choice we would have collected it.

Great communication
The team kept the information flowing throughout the process- delivery was a bit drawn out but all happened smoothly in the end… I was pleased that the advertised price was indeed the price I got….

We will offer your feedback to them as we appreciate how this can sometimes remove a little gloss off the process. Quick and Easy process
Everything went well, but I did have to request a copy of the final, signed contract document. It would also be good to add the nominated driver's details, as this was a company car.

Recommend, very good.
I’m really pleased with how smoothly everything was carried out. I used a comparison site which led me to Carparison as they were the most competitive and gave a true reflection of the pricing labelled from my search. Easy drop down bars to help with other options. Once I’d made the plunge into the deal, I was given a dedicated person who felt with all of the financial bits and was the liaison between the car company and myself with any queries quickly dealt with. Once the finance was agreed and dates handed out they then gave you all of the details to who were looking after the agreement. At every stage the portal was updated, even with a slight delay and changes to the way the company dealt with the delivery was seamless. Very helpful staff who always answered promptly.

Polestar from Carparison
Transparent and efficient service from beginning to end. Emails and phone calls promptly dealt with over a period of four weeks. When dealer fell behind on projected delivery time, Carparison stepped in and organised delivery through another partner. Delivery driver was helpful and caring had just 45 miles on the clock when we got it.

Poor instruction from delivery driver
Sorry 2 star was unfar in gerneral... BUT On the delivery day. the instructions were were giving on how to pair the car key, iphones etc was rubbish and we still have to put up with GUEST profil !! It has spoit the whole car.. Please can you help to get the cars profiles correct.. thank you Vince & Joanne Coombs The Elms, Griston, IP25 6QA

Great service
Overall a great service from start to finish. Offered an amazing price on the lease and responded promptly to any questions raised. Car delivered slightly later than scheduled but only by a few days so no real dramas. Shout out to Jasmine for offering a five star service - thank you
