Very good it was easy to confirm correct costing and get it ordered, follow up information was always coming though. Only one error was given the wrong Reg so had to change with my insurance company which I hope I don't get an admin charge as when the car arrived it was a different reg. Other then that all good

Carparison offer world class service from query to delivery
World class service from the team from start to finish ordering my new lease car. I'd not heard of Carparison before this encounter but Emma was incredible, answering all my questions quickly and efficiently, over the phone and quick to respond via email too. She helped explain various bits of the agreement to me to make sure it was fit for purpose, offering a few various extras that she felt might be beneficial and not pushy on anything I wasn't interested in. I took delivery of my vehicle only 2 and a half weeks after placing my order. The car was delivered on a trailer, arriving with only 7 miles on the odometer in pristine condition. Before the car arrived, I was kept informed of the progress with regular emails from both Carparison (Getting an email of the progress every few days or so) and the car manufacturer directly, who dealt with the delivery. I'm thoroughly enjoying my new car at an brilliant price. Based on my experience with Carparison, I'd strongly recommend them to anyone considering a new lease vehicle if the deal is right. I'll certainly be giving them the first chance to offer me a great deal on my next car when it comes to renewing my lease in a couple of years.

1st lease experience
My first lease so was a little sceptical. Kiera was amazing from start to finish. Trouble free from order to delivery great communication from all parties involved. Every step happened on the exact time and date as arrange. Would very highly recommend.

Helpful from start to finish
From start to finish everyone has been helpful in guiding me through the process. What I found particularly refreshing was that when I called to ask a question or seek advice I spoke to a person and not a machine, I didn’t have to go through countless menus to get to an answer.

Polestar 4
It was managed very well. Unfortunately the person I dealt with did tell me that the three year’s service was in with the price. He then told me after the purchase that Polestar had decided to withdraw this for the 2026 model. Mistakes can happen.

Great car, great price.
Generally a good service and the staff were always friendly. My only slight grievances would be that correspondence regularly came very late in the day which meant there was never any opportunity to rectify small tasks until the following day and there has been no follow up call from any of the team since delivery. Other than that a great car at a great price.

However, I'm sorry you felt the team got in contact too late in the day. Quite a lot of their role is waiting for supplying dealers and funders to provide the necessary information and updates which can take a short while for the team to collate. Therefore, it can be a little later that they're able to get to the task at hand. I can see you were responded to within a short timeframe, which is great. We trust that services such as Feefo, for example, are a suitable way for customers to give their honest feedback and the sales team and customer experience champions email inbox is always open should you need any assistance but we will take your comments on board.
