Thank you for your 1* feedback Christopher. I have taken the time to fully review your journey. I am very sorry to see that you felt the communication was poor. I have observed in my review that you missed your first colour choice whilst the proposal was with underwriting and then when enquiring on a different model you were told that the car was available you wanted, to be told 72 hours later it wasn't, I understand how frustrating this can be and can only apologise. I also noted that you were not happy having to pay an amendment fee when you chose to change your order. Unfortunately this will always be chargeable as many teams are involved in an end users journey and essentially when an order is changed the process starts again. At Carparison we strive for the perfect customer journey and i'm sorry on this occasion we have not been able to impart our exacting high standards that so many are used to. We will take the less perfect elements of your journey and work on these to allow us to grow and learn to be even more efficient as a team and company. We hope you will love your new car as much as we do.

Thank you for your 3* feedback. I am sorry to hear that your new vehicle turned up dirty. I have checked your delivery information and can see the car was signed for to say it was in a clean condition, if this is not the case please get in touch with the team and we will ask your supplying dealer to investigate the delivery information recorded with their logistics agent. The delivery agents are expected to offer a basic vehicle instruction handover, unfortunately they will be multi brand drivers with no extensive knowledge of particular vehicles. if you would like us to try and achieve you a full explanation of the cars workings, again please reach out and we will ask you local Retail site if they are able to help.
