Quality service at a great price
Great service from start to finish. Spoke with various different departments from initial enquiry thru to delivery and all of which were outstanding and responsive. Great value too, I like to shop around and honestly was unable to find a better deal with any of provider.

Good price for a lease but poor customer service
Car price was v good, initial customer service was excellent. The minute the deposit was paid...terrible. I had several simple questions which I fed in by email and a phone call, was promised multiple times by Lauren that I'd get a call back but didn't. I had to keep ringing up and chasing. V poor once they had my money.

Product great, customer care could be better
Was really good until I paid the admin fee but then any questions I asked were either responded to slowly or not at all. The car was great, as was the deal but didn’t know anything about who was supplying and delivering the car, other than a call from the driver delivering as there was never any updates without chasing, also had to chase for documentation I needed to complete for maintenance. Handover was good with Greenhaus, but I wish there was better customer care. Maybe it was just the time of the year and busy but I’m worried about if I need their support if the car goes wrong… it’s one thing to take a relatively long time to reply but not respond at all is unacceptable

I can see that numerous emails were sent and our bookings team called to arrange delivery to you. Predominantly you will find more emails than calls after the order is placed due to the nature of the purchase and the need for signatures. We will continue to monitor our internal processes and where possible, we will always try to achieve more.... We know you will love your Ford Explorer as much as we do :-)

Brilliant Experience
From the initial inquiry that I made right up to delivery of the vehicle I was very impressed with the service I received. Excellent communication and regular updates on the progress of my application gave me the confidence I was dealing with a very organised and competent organisation. I am extremely pleased with the whole process and would highly recommend Caparison to anyone who is like myself a lease novice. The service I received has given me the confidence to look at this way of leasing a vehicle again in the future.

Good service, slightly slow at the start but really responsive towards the end.
