The staff were very professional and responded to my emails immediately, Jasmine in particular was great. The car was delivered a lot earlier than I had anticipated. Overall I received an excellent service. I would recommend.

I felt I had to call and chase for updates alot.

I’m sorry that you felt you had to chase updates. Looking back through your order timeline I can see that we had multiple correspondence with you and did our very best to keep you updated. Your supplying dealer use their own delivery booking team, and we are beholden to them to contact you to arrange your delivery. Unfortunately this took much longer than we would have liked, despite us chasing them. We hope you had a great holiday and that you’re now making lots of great new memories in your lovely Tucson.

Everybody loves a new car
The car did eventually arrive after being a few months late. But as we could extend our existing lease we were happy to wait. Also slightly disappointed that the new car didn’t arrive with any floor mats. Had we known this we would have asked for a set of mats to be added to our hire agreement.

When we did get an ETA update, unfortunately this slipped back further, which is not something that we are able to influence. I’m confident that our team kept you fully informed with all the updates as we received them, and hope you found this useful in extending your existing lease. With regards to the floor mats, I'm sorry that this caused you disappointment. We deal with hundreds of vehicles with varying specifications, and do encourage all our customers to check with us if there is a particular option that you would like confirmed. I hope you’ve managed to source some mats and are enjoying your new Qashqai!
