Poor once the fees are paid.
The car was delivered 4 days later than agreed, when the vehicle arrived i was not called prior to arrival as promised therefore I was not at the delivery address so keys where handed to a colleague with no check or prior agreement. The vehicle was covered in dead insects, the interior hand not been sanitized, there was spray droplets on the steering wheel either a sneeze or can of pop. The paper footwell delivery sheets had been left on the back seats and there were crumbs on the arm rest/ door card.

I can see that once this was spotted, the team contacted you straight away to ensure that you were aware of our mistake and that you did not require assistance in being kept mobile for the interim period before your car was delivered. With regards to the delivery, handover and cleanliness of your vehicle, I understand that you have been in communication with the Corporate Sales Manager at Jemca Fleet to resolve these issues. All feedback that we receive is most valuable to our business, and any feedback received relating to the delivery and handover process is assessed. We undertake regular reviews of third-party suppliers that we use to ensure that they are undertaking the handovers and delivery process as we would like our customers to receive them. On this occasion, this most definitely fell short of our aspirations. I can therefore only apologise once again that this was the service that you received. Great Lease experience
They were good in keeping you informed of the next steps in the process but I do think the amount of paperwork to be completed was quite excessive and many similar forms had to be completed. Overall the experience was really good and the staff team I dealt with were very helpful and knowledgable.

Brilliant
What a brilliant company. I initially applied for a lease with another company - after weeks of delay I abandoned that firm and came across Carparison. My application was approved within a couple of days and the car delivered within a week. The team were brilliant and responsive. I honestly cannot recommend them highly enough.

Great service, poor handover delivery process
Everything was handled extremely week except for that handover on delivery of car. I was not invited or indeed given any opportunity to check car over before a form was shoved Infront of me to sign and the delivery driver was gone. The car arrived quite dirty and also needed hoovering. I have since cleaned and hoovered car and all appears well except for swirl marks in the paintwork from a washing plant or similar.

Proffesionalism with patience
Carparison were excellent throughout the leasing process Their systems and website are straight forward and simple to navigate However, it is their staff that ensured a smooth transaction with their rapid responses and attention to detail. A special mention must go to Louise Bowden who was professionalism personified. Nothing was any trouble to her and she had the patience of a saint when responding to my numerous questions.
