100% Recommendation
Really efficient. From the first discussions to the delivery of my car took 2 weeks and i would have been quicker as I wasn't available to receive the car. everyone I have dealt with has been very professional, polite and extremely efficient, I would 100% recommend them.

Staff were helpful when the process stuttered
Generally the experience was “okay”, but there were stumbles along the way. Staff were helpful when required, but the process needs some work to ensure it runs smoothly.

Looking into your case, I can see there were some issues with getting emails to you and subsequently logins to our funder portal and the details they needed - we're really sorry this was the case. I can also see every attempt was made to help, but can understand why this was frustrating for you and we will look into it further. A company I would definitely lease through again
Super efficient service. All queries were responded to quickly, and the price was great. All paperwork was sorted with minimal fuss, as was the delivery of the car.

service good until delivery
Up until delivery all very good. The guy who delivered the car didn’t explain how to use it he car and there was only 17%. Charge.

From my first telephone enquiry right through to delivery the experience has been totally professional, impressive, personal and efficient. I would highly recommend anyone to use Carparison.
