The staff were all very good and pretty responsive. Only issue I had was in getting the lease signed using the lease company electronic sign off system which proved problematic and slowed the process down for about a week, however this wasn't the fault of the Carparison team.

Fantastic service and lease prices
Staff were knowledgeable about the car that I wanted to lease, providing different options for me to consider and when I made my decision things progressed quickly through the paperwork. Portal features are great to track progress of order, and combined with regular email communications meant that I was always up to date as to the status of my order and when the car would arrive.

First time leasing experience
Good communication with swift responses to messages. A minor issue once order was complete and the Comms were a bit slower(and seemed less personal, more automated). But overall a good experience

This was our first vehicle through Carparison. All the way through we were kept up to date with progress. This is a very refreshing change from previous leasing experiences. Personal thanks to both Sam and Courtney for their attentiveness.

Not great
Friendly but the communication was poor throughout the process and I didn’t feel they justified the cost of their fee. Unlikely to use again.
Thank you for sending your feedback and we’re really sorry you feel let down. We are aware of your delivery query but, having reviewed our correspondence, you have correctly been advised that we can’t retrospectively amend the delivery note you’ve signed. I understand this is frustrating, but our pre-delivery communication provides clear instructions for the day of delivery with this in mind. As well as customer support, the fee we charge is also reflective of the time and risk in securing and marketing the lease deals we have on offer – in this case securing a monthly rate as much as a third lower as others available at the time. I am content our team did their best for you but am sorry this fell short of your expectations.
