Disappointing experience
We had previously leased with Carparison, and i have to say i was disappointed with the service provided this time. It all started well, but unfortunately the employee we were dealing with left the company, and after that the correspondence seemed to go downhill

ID 7 lease order: VW Financial Services system failure
Overall good customer service. They had to deal with the long delays created by VW Financial Services contract system going down, with their really poor communication of what they were doing to fix it and when. Carparison must have had lots of frustrated customers like me chasing them for updates. A bit more pro-active updates would have been helpful.

Great but give instructions how to charge
The paperwork was easy. The chap delivered on time. But you need to give instructions on how to charge the car.

Everything from Carparison was excellent. Great price, great information, great extra information when requested and great communication. The whole process went like clockwork. Handover was very rushed and could have have much better but that wasn't down Carparison but the dealer.
